Techniques of enzyme immobilisation-matrix entrapment, ionic and cross linking, column
packing; Analysis of mass transfer effects of kinetics of immobilised enzyme reactions;
Analysis of Film and Pore Diffusion Effects on Kinetics of immobilized enzyme reactions;
calculation of Effectiveness Factors of immobilized enzyme systems; Bioconversion
