Yea,thats correct. Google launched its own internet service to the people in US - Kansas City. It announced the service name " Google Fiber " where it provides 1Gigabits of speed per second.

So what does it differs from others ?

Speed..Speed and Speed..Google Fiber is 100 Times faster than the current high speed internet service provider you have.
